Within the framework of the TRASDEJ project in Mexico, and after several years of dreaming and working collectively on this, we cordially invite you to the Art Exhibition that is part of the First Gathering of Mayan Sexual Dissidents Defenders of the Territory. This exhibition will be free and open to the public on April 18, 2026, starting at 5 pm at the Muy Gallery (Nicolás Ruiz Street, 83, Barrio de Guadalupe) in San Cristóbal de las Casas, Chiapas, Mexico. Various Mayan Defenders and artists from Campeche, Quintana Roo, Yucatán, and Chiapas will participate, sharing their struggles and their art as a means of protest, resistance, and re-existence within and beyond our territories.
